Movement training, with its roots in Feldenkrais Method®, used to strengthen bones, and improve posture and overall well-being.

Walk for Life
Developed after Bones for Life, taking advantage of the well-known benefits of walking and balance, using a parallel approach to Bones for Life based on movement intelligence and awareness.

Provides similar benefits as the above, particularly for those not quite as mobile or in a more confined space such as an office, but still desiring to reap the benefits of movement intelligence and awareness.
